This deep, structured red represents the timeless elegance of Tuscany. Impatto is a 2020 vintage crafted with a blend of 40% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot from the mineral-rich hills of Il Tesoro. Aged in French oak for 20 months and then bottled for a year.
Like our Kellogg journey, this wine is layered, refined, and unforgettable. We intentionally blended this wine rather than making it a 100% Sangiovese as a tribute to the strength of our cohort where distinct individuals brought together to create something greater than the sum of its parts. It reminds us of late-night discussions, bold ideas, and lasting friendships formed through depth and intention.
